When will my order ship?

 

Most apparel orders ship within 2-3 business days from our manufacturing facility. Custom prints and other accessories typically ship within 5-8 business days. Delays may occur due to vendor issues or if an order doesn’t pass our quality inspection and needs to be remade.

Once your order ships, delivery times may vary as we have no control over the package once it leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.​

Return and Exchange Policy

 

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. For size issues, you may return products in new, unwashed, and unworn condition within 30 days of receiving them. Once received and processed (typically within 2-4 business days), we will issue a free exchange.

All our products are custom-made to order, ensuring every customer receives a fresh, brand-new item. To maintain this standard and avoid any concerns with returned or previously used items, we’ve adopted a no-refund policy. This helps us create a fair and reliable experience for all our customers while prioritizing quality and trust.

 

Important:

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.

  • If we made an error (color or misprint), no need to return the item. Simply email us photos of the issue, and we’ll reship the correct product.
