What are OSOM tees made of?
100% super-combed, bio-washed organic cotton, 180 GSM. It's soft, breathable and thick enough to feel premium without being heavy.

Yes. Every tee is unisex with a regular fit, so it works for everyone.

How do I pick my size?
Our tees are true to the size chart on this page, in every colour. Measure a tee you love lying flat, then match it. Between sizes? Go one up.

Will my tee shrink?
Our cotton is pre-shrunk, so shrinkage is minimal. Wash cold and dry in shade to keep the fit and print looking new.

How are OSOM designs printed?
We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for bright colours and sharp detail that hold up wash after wash.

Will the print crack or fade?
Not if you treat it right. Follow the care steps below and your tee stays fresh for a long time.

How do I wash my OSOM tee?
- Turn it inside out
- Wash in cold water with mild detergent
- No bleach or fabric softener
- Don't iron directly on the print
- Line dry in shade

How fast will my order arrive?
Every tee is printed fresh for you. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery then takes about 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas can take a little longer.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link from our courier partner.

What if my tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size?
We'll replace it free. Just email hello@osom.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You don't need to send the tee back.

What if I ordered the wrong size myself?
We don't exchange tees ordered in the wrong size, so please check the size chart above before you order. Not sure? Message us first and we'll help you pick.

Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds. If something's wrong with your tee, we'll replace it at no cost.
