Do your t-shirts shrink after washing?
Our pre-shrunk cotton minimizes shrinkage, but we still recommend cold water washing and air-drying to retain shape and print quality.

- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location:

- Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days

What’s your return and exchange policy?
We offer hassle-free 365-day replacements. If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect size t-shirt, contact us at hello@osom.in within 7 days of delivery. We’ll process a replacement right away — no need to send the product back.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds. Instead, we replace damaged or incorrect items at no extra cost. We’re committed to getting your OSOM tee just right.
